About Dr. Scarlett
Dr. Francesca Scarlett has been caring for patients at Fancy Smiles Dental Studio in Boynton Beach, Florida, where she combines clinical expertise with a warm, patient-first approach to dentistry. She believes every patient deserves to feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Whether they are coming in for a routine cleaning or a complete smile transformation, she is there every step of the way.
A Florida native, Dr. Scarlett was drawn to dentistry through her service as a Captain in the U.S. Army Dental Corps, where she spent four years providing comprehensive care to active-duty service members. Since founding Fancy Smiles Dental Studio, she has been proud to bring that same standard of care to the families of Boynton Beach and the surrounding communities.

She takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns and goals before recommending treatment. Understanding that many people experience anxiety at the dentist, Dr. Scarlett works at each patient’s pace, explaining every step, answering every question, and ensuring they feel comfortable and confident throughout their care.
Her philosophy centers on conservative, prevention-first dentistry: addressing small concerns before they become larger problems and helping patients maintain healthy smiles for life. When treatment is needed, she combines modern techniques and advanced materials to create results that are durable, functional, and natural-looking.

Beyond the Office
Giving back to the community is one of Dr. Scarlett’s greatest passions. She volunteers her skills to help rebuild smiles for the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund and partners with the Pace Center for Girls, providing educational resources and organizing Give Back Days that introduce young women to careers in dentistry. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, and feels honored to serve the families of Boynton Beach and the surrounding areas.
